    Where did you all go?
Finished 1-1 which is fair but disappointing for us given the possession we had. Lacking penetration.
    Happy New Year all.

I'm here but lost 6 mins near end. Not a disaster but as you say SCullion disappointing.

But 28 points after 20 games. Happy New Year celebrations one and all <cheers>

Plugged into TV again and very good until it went off 5 mins from end at 1-1. Managed to get it back, so only missed a couple of minutes.
I am not sure that the idea of a battering ram in the persons of Success and Deeney works against a team that packs the centre of the defence.
Looking at some of the other results maybe we should be pleased to get a point.

We reap what we sow. Needed this to be a full side. It wasn't and coupled with some unimpressive officiating (not decision making, but the abject lack of sanctions for basic mandatory fouls)... even the 1881 were below par. That kinda day.
Doucouré has probably played his last home match judging by the post match body language.

Phew - got away with a point there.

Poor performance maybe due to the number of changes meaning a lack of understanding and fluidity about our play.

Newcastle did defend well in all fairness but we made it easy for them at time.

Success needs some new boots and you can see why Holebas starts!

Still got a draw and well there were a few unpredictable results today.

3 mins stoppage time was shocking, should have been at least double that :(

Agreed - wasn't long but then they might have scored I guess!

Burnley are next to visit the Vic - they will probably employ the same sort of tactics so we do need to learn from this.

Ahh, OK. A thing that only Troy and Craig normally do...

Maybe ‘fruition’ is the wrong word because I think it refers to a ‘plan’ which I guess a poor display certainly wasn’t!

Maybe Gracia's wholesale changes to the WFC team that faced Newcastle will be justified by a great team performance against Bournemouth, certainly hope so.

Can you not remember the EU referendum taking place in 2016?

Try to keep political comments in the correct threads.
