1 winner from his last 25 runners says it all Nass (admittedly some running in the same race). Sancta Simona in the novice hurdle today was symptomatic - Geraghty took several pulls coming round the home turn and he looked all over the winner but he found nothing and made Aramon look like Pegasus. I think they might have a bug in the yard.

Elliott yard also, 82 runners between the pair of them over the last 2 days and only returned 5 winners
More sad news; It was a sad day yesterday as Jennys Surprise was retired after picking up an injury in the Welsh Grand National. She was running well and just moving into contention when injuring herself at the third last fence and was pulled up. She will now have a new career as a broodmare.
That explains it. She caught my eye entering the straight in around 5th or 6th and I thought she may get a very creditable place but then disappeared out the back of the tele very swiftly. What a fine NH mare to have been involved with. 7 wins from 23 visits to the track and a 50+% win/place.
Yes a lovely mare. Oddly enough she was actually still improving at her advanced age and she finished her racing career on a career high mark.
Sorry to hear Stick, however most importantly just glad she is ok and healthy! Enjoy Retirement Jenny!
She has some class in that pedigree stick and some stamina. Could get a Gold Cup winner (on the flat) maybe. Do you own a piece of Jenny stick? If so will you have an interest in any foals?
