The Gooners have been good overall but still a little erratic at times, we need to take advantage of the mistakes in their game. Tough task for the defence in this game Lacazette and Aboomerang are both dangerous.
Quite confident about this game. Our defence is at last solid. The best in the premiership. Arsenal have been very shaky lately and of all the top 5 the more like to drop points. Comfortable win to set us up against city.
Arsenal are where we were after Klopp's first full pre season. They have outrun most teams and are top of the miles covered chart. However they have very few midfielders to support this and are blowing off after 30 mins. They are also playing a high line with very slow defenders. They will be meeting a very different Liverpool side to the one they played earlier.
We were in a period of playing poor football when we drew at the Emirates, and arsenal had raised their game... and you could argue we still should have won. I’ll be very disappointed with Anything less than 3 points.
It's not an argument. We scored a #legit goal that wasn't even a difficult decision. PGMOL decided we weren't allowed to have it, just like they did in 2013 against City when Sterling was 4 metres onside for us.
That high line of theirs is such a liability that we would be favourites even in a normal season never mind this. Defensively they remind me of Spurs under AVB & Sherwood though more dangerous going forward.
