To be fair though to Charnley, he heard Jose say he's the ****test player on earth for last 2 years.

Shaw is probably an upgrade so fair enough but I don't see Dummett as a problem.
There are other positions that need sorting first

Dummetts not a wing back though, and Kenedy is a huge problem in that position!

If we want to carry on with 3 at the back - and we should - we need a left wing wing back.

I think Dummy's done OK at LWB from the handful of times he's played there so far, more defensively minded for sure but its not a massive issue if he let's the winger in front have a bit more freedom and in the weird 3-5-2 formation we played recently you'd want a more defensive minded full back who wont be so easily exposed as Kenedy was at the weekend.

Think all would agree we could do with a more attacking minded left back but as Mbemba say's there are more pressing concerns further forwards than the defense. CM, Wings and up top are more important. I'd personally even prefer to get a better defensive RB than Yedlin as opposed to a more attack minded LB.

I agree. Just write it off early and get our heads down into some hard graft.

TBF Abrahmas and Carroll would make a reasonable partnership

We don't have Haidara anymore to whip the necessary crosses in.

Indeed .................. the company i work for has been asked to work over Christmas to mark out some lines that are impossible to cross. The brief was very simple ................... "give us some lines that we cannot get people across, no matter how simple it should appear to be" ................. client is anonymous, but i saw some SD mugs and £5 vouchers in reception the other day ................... just saying.
