    Werent Fulham the worst team? We managed to lose to them! Just got back from the match. Listened to Redmond interview. Did he really say they stayed at training until 6 or 7pm? Really?
    Felt like the old League 1 days today. Also now have a lucky Santa hat for future games.

    3 weeks ago feels like a lifetime watching us today. Our 2 year 'blip' would appear to be at an end, we are in good hands and back playing the Southampton Way again. Good attacking football. With a squad that was less than rubbish a month ago. It's a damning indictment of our last two managers and our previous director of football. Long may it last.

    Fulham can score. They can't defend for toffee, but they can score.

    If you take the lead against Fulham, they have the ability to come back (unless you go and stick a few more past them first). Whereas if you take the lead against Huddersfield, that really should be three points straight into the bag.

    Both of them are in huge trouble though. (Although I can see Fulham spending big next month - which I can't with Huddersfield.)
