He's captained us loads of times already. If Henderson or Milner aren't playing he's captain.

I'd give him the full time captaincy at the end of the season, such a big presence, always commanding the other players.

I still don't think he's yet proven himself to be the best in the world yet but he is up there for sure.

 

Yeah we're a different outfit this season. Klopp has solved our frailty at the back. We dont need to score 4 goals nowadays.

 

Still a long way to go though, let's see where you are at the end of March

 

Yeah he's in conversation so that says a lot. I wouldn't swap him for any other centre half in world football personally.

 

City still massive favourites imo but at least we're giving them a battle this season. Last season was a write off by now, City had it wrapped up by xmas.
