I’m sure no one is expecting an easy game and our opponents are always going to up their game, knowing that we’re 2nd in the table and a win would see us temporarily go back to the top.
This from an article by Rovers reporter Rich Sharpe - 'Blackburn have taken points from away games at West Brom, Derby, Middlesbrough, and Stoke, and beaten table-toppers Leeds United at Ewood, as well as going within seconds of inflicting defeat on Aston Villa.
Defending a proud home record, which has seen them lose just once in the league in the calendar year, Norwich won’t be expecting an easy game.

The bigger the occasion, the better Rovers have performed, particularly at home.

So, are you trying to say they'll be trying doubly hard to beat us?? <yikes>

Goalkeeper – Tim Krul –
Played every league game this season for the Canaries, keeping seven clean sheets. Has been responsible for a few mistakes this season.
Right-back – Maximillian Aarons –
18 year-old defender who has really flourished this season and has grabbed two goals. Will cause problems down the right-hand side.
Centre-back – Timm Klose – Plays it out from the back very well and helps Norwich move forward as a team. Been out with an injury recently.
Centre-back – Grant Hanley – Former club captain who has recently signed a new deal and is a fan favourite at Carrow Road. Very dominant in the air.
Left-back – Jamal Lewis – Played all but two games this season at the young age of 20 and represented Northern Ireland. Gets forward well and can deliver a good cross.
Centre midfielder – Moritz Leitner – Incredible addition for Norwich after having Leitner on loan last season considering he’s been on the bench in a Champions League final before. Dictates the rhythm of games in the midfield and brings the ball forward well.
Centre midfielder – Alex Tettey – Powerhouse midfielder who has missed just two matches this season. Contributes massively to the Canaries defensively.
Right attacking midfielder – Onel Hernandez – Tricky winger who likes to get on the ball and has an eye for goal. Scored twice and set five up this season.
Centre attacking midfielder – Marco Stiepermann – Attacking midfielder from Germany who has contributed to six this season. Tall stature which makes him hard to knock off the ball.
Left attacking midfielder – Emiliano Buendia – Tenacious midfielder who is one of the best in the league on his day. Impressed since signing in the summer.
Striker – Teemu Pukki – Striker who is truly on fire so far this season, scoring 12 times in just 19 times. Looks a real danger and can’t be given any room.

Centre-back – Grant Hanley – Former club captain who has recently signed a new deal and is a fan favourite at Carrow Road. Very dominant in the air.

What about Zimmermann?

Hopefully they haven't realised he's still here.
I mentioned him in the list of names that they'd left out at the beginning!!!

On the subject of Grant Hanley.....

David Freezer at the Cooney presser-
"Daniel Farke in to talk Blackburn, happy to see flu issues subside, Mo Leitner all good after 10 days of training, Klose trained since Weds but will not travel, taking no risks with his knee to ensure he’s fully recovered"

"DF confirms Klose should be okay for Forest tho. McLean won’t be considered until Jan but is available if they need him due to injuries, just being careful, perhaps FA Cup will be the target for Kenny?"

So, will it be Godfrey and Zimm at CB tomorrow? That would be my preference with Hanley coming on from the bench.

Just seen Jack Rodwell is on the subs' bench for Blackburn - wasn't he tipped for great things a few seasons ago???
