    Agreed. He was undoubtedly effective. But at 35 his best days are behind him, and his penchant to be a diving, thuggish cheat would outweigh any improvements he brought to our defense.

    I'd have been happy to take that in the Summer but he has proved his worth in the team these last few months, does make you wonder what Pierre might be worth now.
