    You're right, there's no love lost between GN and Liverpool fans and he's an obvious hate figure. Utd fans have your own equivalent.
    However, some people on this board have expressed surprise at his more balanced offerings on tv (I don't have Sky so I can't comment on this) but the quote about Liverpool deliberately throwing the game was always going to start a row.
    Which is, of course, why the rags print this stuff.

    I treat fools with the contempt they deserve, and if you are stupid enough to believe:
    • Neville wrote his own book
    • People don't lie on TV
    • We have to prove the negative of your claim
    then you are clearly incapable of logical thinking and deserve to just be laughed at.
