    Anyone got any thoughts about who we may go for on loan when the loan window opens?
    During the commentary of Scotland's game, it was mentioned that Liverpool would be looking to loan out Danny Wilson (who they got from Rangers) to a Championship club - I think he can play centre half or left back - could do a job for us?

    Would love to see Danny Wilson come in and he is welcome to bring with him Jay Spearing or Jonjo Shelvey who would improve our midfield. Still feel the left back position is our weakest area but guess we will see on Saturday who will start at left back as even though we have brought someone in on loan still think Woolford or Nyatanga may start.

    I don't think WBA will let him out on loan but i think Craig Dawson is a great prospect.

    right say we get another loan player in for the defence is anyone else worried that we will have none of them come may??? 3/4 arent our players

    I like the idea of someone on the way down rather than a 21 year old that sees us as a stepping stone. There must be some 30 something war horses that cant quite cut it up top willing to take a pay cut to play every week.

    I am looking at you Sol Campbell.

    I still think we need leaders on the pitch - not sure another youngster will give us that (and not sure Sol is a leader either)

    Jay Spearing.. will only play for clubs that have played in the Premiership, European football and had players representing England in a World Cup Winning Squad i.e. Gordon Banks... Why don't you go for the great Ryan McGivern... oh dear you already have
