Does that imply the problem may lay at the feet of HCC? Surely the Allams wouldn’t blame them ... would they?
It will be " we retain a stake in the development of the land should HCC grant planning permission", along with "Master Ehab must retain a 10% stake in the club and remain a director"
I wonder what Terry Geraghty's valued opinion is on this? As far as Orchard Park goes think of what they said of Wren and St Paul's Cathedral, if you want to see his memorial just look around you.
Hopefully they are waiting (the newbies) for confirmation off the council that they’re willing to listen to offers for the land? And as of yet they haven’t received it? Please let this be between these two and not the **** wits?
Just a guess.... but I think the Allams would want a stake holding in any potential redevelopment in the surrounding land
If true, then the news is better than all the doom and gloom been muted. Although I will still be outstanded if the Allams are out before the season is out. Sounds to me they want to re-devolp the land something which Allams failed at and they are been stubborn as per. Now the Allams are furstrated and pretended to talk to other fake potential buyers.
Yorkshire post reporting deal was a done and expected to go through but one of the Saudi consortium is a property developer and wanted some assurances about future development of the area
A Saudi owned company is now the landlord of the Hammond's store in the City centre and they want to re-develop the store in partnership with the Council. They have also been very tight-lipped over who the actual owners are. A wonder if they are the linked?
Who are the Saudi company? Could possibly enlighten us as to who’s interested in us if the two are linked
A British listed company RDI REIT PLC sold the House of Fraser store for £11m, the sale information is included in their interim results for 2018, https://www.investegate.co.uk/rdi-r...lts-for-28-february-2018/201804250700090039M/ I have just done a Land Register search on the property and it is registered off shore in the British Virgin Isles, but the Land register hasn't been updated since 2015, so the new owners have registered the sale, or they have just bought the holding company. You would have to search the British Virgin Islands company register to find out who are the beneficial owners of the company now. Good luck with that search as BVI rules are very lax and you don't have to register the company directors names! B: Proprietorship Register This register specifies the class of title and identifies the owner. It contains any entries that affect the right of disposal. The council won't listen to offers for the land. Not a ****ing Chance. Well sorry they will listen, pretend they're forward thinking etc etc etc And then do **** all.
