And to all that answered, from which a common theme emerges, I note that none of you were even willing to make that promise. Not much respect for democracy on both sides it seems.
Thank you for answering. So you genuinely believe that the if the negotiations had at all times been run by Gove or Johnson we would have walked away by now with all your wishes granted? If you really believe that, I feel sorry for you as IOM that was never going to happen..

Still not clear what a Brexiteer exactly wants after 2 plus years. I get what they could of wanted
I get their ifs, buts and maybes

Stay in the EU and start working to get it to work for the UK ... that’s clear enough from me
    Leadership

That of course could be now showered with moans of can’t ,won’t, bullies, immigrants and it’s not fair etc etc

So much energy wasted on could of been sand people slag me off for saying our culture is dead

Of course in any negotiations, there can very very rarely be one side gets everything, that's cloud fantasy land thinking.

And if you read my post, I said the negotiations are being hampered by the EU who will torture the UK every inch of the way.

So in answer to your question, no I don't believe any person, any team, could have got us over the line.

We have to fight the Box-tickers every inch of the way.

A lot of the **** happening in the world today can be traced back to the financial crash of 2008. That was driven by idiots trading ‘tranches’ of ‘products’ built on private debt. When the number of private debtors (ie ordinary people who took on more mortgage and credit card debt than they could pay back, because they were encouraged to) defaulting hit something like a mere 12% in the US, the World collapsed.

Since then governments have spent trillions, literally, propping up the system which caused the problem and becoming obsessed with public debt, hence the misery of austerity.

The level of private debt has now reached the same stratospheric heights as the mid 2000s. Many of the same ‘products’ which contributed to the 2008 crash are still in play, under different names. The financial industry isn’t really regulated any more strongly than a decade ago. The zero level of punishment provided to the twats who caused the pain hardly acts as a disincentive.

Keep your eyes on default levels.

We are in the position we are, because the EU refused to give Cameron a solitary inch, in reforming the EU, so is it any surprise they still refuse to give the UK anything we want ?? Answer NO !!

Does that mean we would be better off remaining in the EU ? I cannot fathom any person thinking, that they would still believe the UK would be better off remaining in the EU.

Its as if some people believe the EU politicians ???

Any person?! The Government's own analysis of the financial impact of different Brexit scenarios showed staying In the EU where we are, is clearly the best alternative by some margin in the case of leaving with no deal.

Yes but that’s a remainer governments analysis which is dictated by the civil service which again is pro remain and has advised the government from the start, and its irrelevant what the scenario shows because the PEOPLE voted to leave.

Latest by Juncker is to approach a woman and ruffle and dishevel her long hair. You just know he would not appreciate it being done to him. It's the kind of arrogant, domineering attitude you'd expect from Henry VIII, which says everything you need to know about the organisation he heads.

    And you believe that ?

Apologies if my distrust of pro-EU remainers analysis of staying in Europe, gives the answer they want

The EU by its construction, is totally against the economic structure, and ideology of the UK, the UK was never fully in the EU, and therefore compromised by that relationship, that compromise will only ever grow, as the EU must integrate further, leaving the UK further marginalised and in a position that is not acceptable, for a country of our size.

Well thanks for clearing that up. I will know now that unless it is written buy someone who has very firmly declared himself to believe in Brexit to ignore it. What a simple world of black and white will absolutely no shades of grey you live in.

Of course i do. It is broadly the same analysis made by about all half credible analysts, and barely in need of analysis at all. Obviously the UK is and will be better off economically being a part of an Economic union of 30 odd EEA countries, our closest neighbours, able to trade freely with them, move freely within, enjoy the reduction of beurocracy compared to what being a stand alone offshore nation Brexit will give, let alone the tariffs, negotiate trade deals as part of a large block rather than an as an offshore island.

There is no credible economic analysis backing Brexit, if there were May would of course gobbled it up to support her withdrawal agreement deal - no chance, it doesn't exist. I don't think she has even published any economic impact of her current deal, she had to used what the basis was for it from a few months back.

And what Corbyn says, that he will just pay off any minority interest that wants a handout ? for a few votes of course !!

Then remain in your splendid EU-topia.

There are many examples of single countries prospering by themselves, with trade agreements in place.

There are very few long term forecasts that have come to prove the forecaster knows what he is talking about.

Yes you are quite right it’s a simple black or white question with no shades of grey, and it goes right back to the actual referendum and it’s as follows
Black / Remain in the European Union ?
White / Leave the European Union ?
As I recall there were no other questions on the ballot paper, they couldn’t have made it any simpler if they tried and before people start whining and whinging just remember what Cameron said,
“ a vote to leave means leave the customs union and leave the single market “
Now remember that statement was made in the Houses of Parliament BEFORE the ballot papers were even printed, so before the remainers start saying once again we (the leavers) didn’t know what we were voting for, YES WE DID, the same way remainers knew that they were voting to stay in the EU.
So in answer yes it is a simple black or white issue unfortunately a weak remainer leader has clouded the picture with 50 shades of grey ITS THAT SIMPLE.

A Labour government led by Jeremy Corbyn is a greater threat to business than the gilets jaunes protesters in France, the country’s officials sayPASCAL ROSSIGNOL/REUTERS
France is seeking to exploit corporate concerns at the prospect of a Labour government in the UK to lure businesses across the Channel.
Officials in Paris say that Jeremy Corbyn is seen by British-based chief executives as a greater threat to profits than the gilets jaunes (yellow vest) protesters. They are hopeful that with Theresa May’s government in turmoil, companies will conclude that the likelihood of a Labour victory in the next general election is growing, and that they will respond by shifting headquarters and research and development centres to France.
Ross McInnes, the Franco-Australian chairman of Safran, the aircraft engine maker, was asked by President Macron’s government to lead a mission to promote France to companies based in the UK last month.

The total amount stolen in the wake of the Grenfell fire is thought to be the largest number of frauds exploiting a single eventNATALIE OXFORD/AFP/GETTY IMAGES
The scale of fraud in the wake of the Grenfell disaster was unprecedented in British history with more than £1 million of public funds thought to have been stolen, The Times can reveal.
So far 14 people have been convicted for stealing more than £650,000 through fraudulent claims to the Grenfell Tower relief effort — money that was handed out after the fire on June 14 last year, which killed 72 people.
However, The Times has learnt that another 14 people are under investigation and that the total stolen is expected to be in excess of £1 million.
This is thought to represent the largest number of frauds exploiting a single event, according to Andy Hyatt, head of fraud at the Royal Borough of Kensington…

Trump will be deaf, Putin will be killed and Europe will collapse economically : Baba Vanga’s 2019 Predictions

by Hasan 1 day ago1 day ago
A blind mystic who predicted Brexit, the Twin Tower attacks and the rise of ISIS has given her forecast for 2019.
Baba Vanga has been dubbed the ‘Nostradamus of the Balkans’ for her predictions, which seem to strike with eerie regularity.
Conspiracy theorists have long revered her prophecies on global events and natural disasters – despite her being dead for over two decades.
Now it appears she has foretold some life-changing occurrences for the next 12 months, including an economic collapse in Europe and an assassination attempt on Vladmir Putin.
She reportedly believed the threat to Putin will come from inside his own security team – but did not specify whether the head of state will die in the attack.
She thinks a mega-tsunami, similar to the 2004 disaster, will strike in Asia while a meteorite will land in Russia.
Baba Vanga is known as the ‘Nostradamus of the Balkans’
Baba Vanga also predicts the universe will end in 5079

Not only that, but Donald Trump will fall ill with a mystery illness, leaving him deaf and suffering from brain trauma.
Born Vangelia Gushterova, Baba Vanga passed away in 1996 aged 85 but had already developed a noted reputation in her home country of Bulgaria by the time of her death.
The clairvoyant was partially sighted and legend has it that she mysteriously lost her vision after she was caught up in a tornado during childhood.
She reportedly made hundreds of predictions in her 50-year career, many of which were never written down.
She shot to prominence worldwide after accurately predicting the sinking of the Kursk in 2000.

Her millions of followers believe she had paranormal abilities including telepathy and being able to communicate with aliens.
In 1989 she guessed that America will be hit by a terror attack by two ‘steel birds’
She said: “Horror, horror! The American brothers will fall after being attacked by the steel birds. The wolves will be howling in a bush, and innocent blood will be gushing.”
Baba reportedly prophesised a 2016 invasion of Europe by Islamist extremists, a conflict she predicted would begin with the Arab Spring in 2010.

It also emerged that she predicted that Vladimir Putin and Russia will dominate the world
In 1979, during a meeting with writer Valentin Sidorov, Vanga said: “All will thaw, as if ice, only one remain untouched – Vladimir’s glory, glory of Russia.
“Too much it is brought in a victim. Nobody can stop Russia.
“All will be removed by her from the way and not only will be kept, but also becomes the lord of the world. ”
Specialists have since calculated that 68 per cent of her prophecies had come true – slightly less than the 85 per cent claimed by her followers.

dominate the world and then die
2019s gunna be a hell ofa year
