I didn't go to Man U game for the very reasons you mention, although I have a season ticket. It was on TV, it was cold, we were/are crap and I couldn't see the benefit of going. I was thinking the same about this game, but the free drink swung it
Dude, that other bloke is gone now, we aren't just gonna make up a new tactic every week. Think 4-2-2-2.
I know he likes 4-4-2 but you have to work out the best system for the players you have. You can send me a raspberry on Sunday!
It’s actually 4-2-2-2, with the central 4 forming a flexible box in midfield. Something like this: Imagine Højbjerg, Lemina, and 2 from Armstrong, JWP, Romeu and Redmond forming the corners of the box.
When you put it like that it looks very good for closing down the spaces, Just need go hope for long balls over the top.
Quite looking forward to seeing a rejuvenated Romeu going right through Lacazette in the first 5 minutes on Sunday
Ssssssh! Ralph’s hoping no one notices! Edit: That was the best graphic I could find, I think in reality the players in each of the two pairs are more level on the pitch with each other most of the time.
