Basically saying what a pleasure it was to be appointed, how the club feels like a natural fit for him, how there’s a lot of work ahead but how he’s going to implement a very hard working and intensive environment etc.

 

Also “If they go with me on this, they will find a very rewarding journey” - so essentially, don’t mess with The Hütt.

 

I love the fact that he knows how important us fans are. This really could be the start of a marvelous journey, just hope there's enough good left in our squad.

 

Tough match we're almost certainly going to lose but at least it should be interesting to see how Ralph sets up against a big team after a week of preparation. I've got a feeling ralph will take it to them and we'll have a high scoring game.

 

Such a shame there's nothing riding on tonights game.

 

We could wish a little bit for maybe a tweak on their star players hamstrings tonight and need resting on Sunday to be sure.

 

He doesn't even need to play any of the big guns.

but arsenal are such a good team this season
I think the games at huddersfield and west ham might offer more opportunity
our last 5 games this season are interesting

I like that we’re even considering a draw against Arsenal now. We wouldn’t have been a couple of weeks ago.

 

Ah, but have you noticed that the wording says 'free drink voucher ahead of Saturday's fixture against Arsenal'

This is either an attempt to invalidate the free drink offer, or the club had set up Ralph H. to be our manager for this match, before the game was moved to Sunday.
I'm veering towards the Ralph welcome drink being arranged a long time before Sparky was officially removed.
