    Ah. you may be right.
If we can stay in the single market, but control our borders and make independent trade deals I'll be all for it.

  2. I'd be happy with that too - bloody backstop eh?! It's going to become the most hated word in the English language.

If we're in the Single Market we'd have to continue to accept free movement. The Norway Plus version being mooted would keep us in a customs union too, in order to avoid a hard NI border, and this would restrict us from doing trade deals.

Mr Yappy should not quote Churchill Because Europe was a different ball game then. Even his Grandson Lord Soames when asked what Churchill would think of Europe now, responded ”my Grandfather has been dead 50 years and its a different Europe to what it was back then”. I think he knows more about Churchill than Mr Yappy.

Staines take a good look at any UK news channel
Listen carefully at the injection of drama and the emphasis on every other key word in their tone of voice. There has been protests in France for weeks now yet the spotlight is just there to feed our hungry little minds ... safe behind our iPads

I would rather stay in the EU Stroller.

I heard a Tory MP today who was spot on with the current situation. He said that 2/3 of the constituencies voted to leave and it was the government's duty to implement it. At the last election, 85% of voters voted for parties that promised to implement Brexit and it must be done. He added, that all this talk of 'cliff edge' and 'no deal' is rubbish. There will be deals as it's in the interest of both parties.
A calm head and he was confident that the EU will change it's stance if May's deal is voted down.

Well of course the EU want a deal, and I think there will be a deal, but it will be up to us to come up with something different. It seems there's a majority in Parliament for Norway Plus, so that's what we will go back with, I expect. It won't be under May, though.

Do you know what Stroller, sometimes you do talk sense however, this Norway option unless they change a few bits will be a non-starter due to movement of people.
    However...
I think things will start getting interesting in the coming week.

Norway Plus looks fine to me
Probably what they was going for all along
    The rest was theatre?

We have then left the EU and that’s what was voted for so win win

The no deal fools have been educated that’s not happening so looks good

If of course the EU let’s it happen

I think the theatre has been not just for us but for the EU as well

That's exactly what I have been referring to, the EU is a political project, trying to rewrite economic theory.

It just wont happen, another massive economic shock will hit the weak parts of the EU zone, fracturing it, beyond its ability to cope, with it's ramshackle barricades.

    And BOOM, it blows apart.
