I would never expect an easy game in the championship. They had a blip recently but qpr have been on a really good run prior to that. Sure it’s a game you hope/expect 3 points from. I’d love us to dish out a thumping, but (especially with a makeshift back line) i’d be very happy with a scrappy 1-0 or 2-1
There is nothing glass half full about predicting 3-0 wins both for today and recent matches. It's unrealistic and being unrealistic could raise the expectation of others and then that transmits itself to the players. The hard facts taken from actual performances on the pitch suggest we are not sufficiently superior to teams to hope for anything more than a hard earned win. In fact I would suggest there are teams in our division which have superior players especially in attacking areas. Yes everyone is willing us to keep winning but if it's 0-0 going into added time the last thing we need is a crowd moaning and groaning every time a pass is misplaced. Lowered expectations will help the players far more than heaping extra pressure onto already overachieving shoulders. And fans on forums and social media can have a massive effect on how the general mood around a club can be at any given time so it's possibly more important than some people might think.

Morning all. I can't see them coming with any plan to attack so the earlier we score it should open the game up for us to improve our goal difference. (in theory).
FFS Duke I thought you were more balanced than that. Hoping for a win but a draw is never a disaster.
And they don't need a plan to attack. Just hope to score from a free kick or corner and then defend for their lives, waste time and let the referee do the rest as usual.

good afternoon one and all it's matchday and opinoin man is back in the drawer and mr positive has come out.last week i asked for a win and today is no different. i am expecting us to do them because we have competition now upfront and players do not like losing their spot in the team.i'm predicting Alioski to have a good first half and score. we need as many points as we can get from these upcoming games and i am not worried one bit .
