I disagree with you Watford. I saw the poll tax riots over a bit of money. There would be much deeper outcomes. People who think different know nothing about how some would react. You saw what happened with the MP Cox and that nutter. Plus you need to think how many people will vote for any party as long as it isn't the ones at the moment. That alone will change the face of politics in this country.
