Predicted 4-4-2 Bristol City XI to face Millwall – can the Robins grab 3 points? by Sebastian Jacob Predicted Bristol City line-up to face Millwall in the Championship Bristol City picked up an important 3-2 victory against Ipswich Town in the Championship in the mid-week clash. The win keeps them in 14th place but manager Lee Johnson will be glad to see a positive performance from his side. They need to replicate those performances when Millwall visit the Ashton Gate this weekend. Millwall are on the back of a loss against Birmingham City and will be aiming to make amends. If the Robins can pick up another victory, it would do a world of good to the club. Team News Bristol City are fortunate not to have a single injury concern in the squad. Manager Lee Johnson can pick from a lavish set of options and deploy his strongest team to go up against Millwall in the league. Probable Bristol City XI Manager: Lee Johnson Formation: 4-4-2 Niki Maenpaa (GK) Had a mediocre outing against Ipswich but did manage to make a few saves. He will continue in goal. Jack Hunt (RB) Hunt was rested in the last game and will return at right-back for this one. He looked good after coming on in the last quarter. Tomas Kalas (CB) Kalas has been consistent but has to defend better against Millwall. Bristol have been conceding at an alarming rate. Adam Webster (CB) Didn’t have the best of games last time out against Ipswich but ultimately came through for the team. He will continue alongside Kalas at the back. Lloyd Kelly (LB) Kelly has looked bright after coming into the side. He will keep his place at left-back for this game. Niclas Eliasson (RM) Looked energetic and caused all sorts of problems last time out. He will definitely continue on the right-hand side of the midfield. Liam Walsh (RCM) Didn’t defend so well but supplied the passes properly in the middle of the park and always kept the ball moving. Marlon Pack (LCM) Pack has done well defensively over the last few games and will definitely start this one next to Walsh. Hakeeb Adelakun (LM) The youngster once again turned heads with his impressive performance and will surely continue down the left-hand side. Jamie Paterson (ST) Scored a good goal and has looked in fine form going into this game. He will surely keep his place up front. Andreas Weimann (ST) Hasn’t found the net for a while and needs to do better in front of the goal. He will continue to lead the line. please log in to view this image https://soccersouls.com/2018/11/30/...o-face-millwall-can-the-robins-grab-3-points/
I expect Diedhiou to make it back into the starting 11 after scoring & generally being a nuisance against Ipswich.
Didn't Walsh come off injured on Wednesday? I expect Brownhill to come back in. Also Taylor, Watkins, Smith and O'Dowda were all unavailable on Wednesday so where do they get not a single injury concern in the squad from?

It wouldn't surprise me at all if O'Dowda and Taylor's ''injuries' were a convenient excuse to explain their absence from the squad. Lee is now struggling to fit everyone in. Yet people still talk about more signings in January. Need to sell a few on (O'Dowda a possibility) first.
Seriously ??? would have thought would have been one of the last! unless there is £5m plus on the table with a big add on %
Well I would expect no less than a win today. Then Brum away Norwich home and Derby away Wow that is frigging hard games.
Agreed JGF. O'Dowda has been so underused by LJ it's a farce. I know he's been injured but everyone seems to rate him except our manager. No wonder he doesn't seem to want to sign a new deal.
