liquidation put simply would see them lose money, such an event would see them also lose control to a liquidator not to mention the 'stain' on their claimed unblemished commercial backgrounds

I suspect he means administration. Which would be counter productive for them as the only creditors are themselves.

Under administration they would still lose control, something I believe they would find unpalatable!

I prefer the draft (in Belgium) and usually drink bottled in the UK. There's a pub in Lincoln (can't remember the name) that sells fairly decent draft but, it's the only place I've come across that's anywhere near the Belgian stuff.

This might make a good avatar - taken on the decking of the Vijverhuis B&B, it's just a couple of miles outside of Ypres - a really smart, clean place, great hosts + fantastic beer

I did mate, with that setting it's pretty hard not to take a good pic - for a B&B it's an absolutely beautiful setting.

They are both formal company insolvency procedures. The main difference is that a liquidation process is used to close a company down, hereas Administration is a business rescue tool that may help it to survive, however under both - as stated, they would lose control and I cannot see AA wanting that.

He might not want it, but if it saves them from losing money, then I think it'll happen if there is no sale by The end of the year. I'm sure the loss of control would be made better for them with the club going down & out.
If that happens the ultimate points deduction will be a nailed on relegation imo.
