That refereeing performance was the worst I have seen in the thick end of 50 years watching football. If he'd been giving us the decisions he was giving Walsall we'd have been embarrassed. He was such a Homer he could have written The Illiad. Or if you're a mag fan on the wum he was such a Homer he could have married Marge and fathered Bart & Lisa. ****ing disgraceful. I became quite cross, although it did make singing "two-nil and you ****ed it up" at the end very sweet indeed...
I will take the point but obviously it seems two thrown away. With the lad Power he certainly seems revved up that's for sure. I don't think he is for one minute purposely trying to get sent off. After the high paid prima donnas we have had playing for us over the years who haven't appeared to give a crap its nice to see someone playing for us with total committment. He just needs to learn.....like all of us in life who make mistakes. We can maybe get away with it at this level but hopefully as we go higher into other leagues if you play there you will get taken apart which has happened to us many times before playing with 10 men. It was a good committed performance today with a never say die attitude. Can't ask for more.....bring on Barnsley!!!!!
