I can point you to many athiests who don't like or have an issue with gays If all else fails...blame religion....some of us are becoming wise to that old chestnut
I don't blame religion, as i said in the OP, how the hell did a kid of 16 become so homophobic he turned to violence, parents maybe? I mentioned religion as an aspect, but not as a suggested reason in this case.

Sure it may have been a random homophobic crime, but a 16 year old randomly attack a big bloke? and alone? Dont think so tbh I'm just talking here by the way, but sounds a bit weird no?
