Been struggling for last three weeks at karate. Not because it's difficult physically, it's the mental strain of repetition; 80% of class are doing yellow belt grading in December #boringbutnecessary
Learning forms gets more and more complicated and repetition builds as you progress. The idea is they are second nature. Watching a black belt grading it's serious stuff
No forms. Not yet anyway. I know repetition is a big part, it repetition of basic (and boring) stuff that makes it difficult.
Zorba, if he offers, dont go round to rhc for a smoke or we will end up with another ****ing bench RIP groot
It does. The problem can be with its side effects. I presume they warned you about this? Anti-inflammatories can be harmful to your stomach lining, and if you're taking them for any period of time you're usually advised to take a gastric protecting drug in tandem. The problem here is that you can end up taking drugs to combat the effects of other drugs ad infinitum. If you only need them for a short while you should be ok, just take care with them. That's my experience of them anyway - maybe Frank has a different one?
