Not sure if you were at the same game as me Evington or exactly what **** translates into but we had matched Birmingham in every facet of the game apart from gobsmacking individual errors. Marshall did not have a save to make, we had even possession, shots on target and at least even corners. I would hate to see your comments when we are seriously ************
Marshall made a pretty good save (pushed header onto post) at 2-2 to stop them re-taking the lead - from the away end it probably looked like it had gone straight onto the post and not actually saved.
Just to clarify. I was responding with regards to the first half. The second half was whole different kettle of fish.
Adkins isn't as crap as we all think, mind you he doesn't do himself any favours with some of his press conferences. He has proved(proven?) to me with even with limited resources eventually he gets it right, not exactly silk purse out of a sows ear stuff but still he seems to be able to get the players up for it. No one can legistlate for those defensive howlers, but to come back from 2- down proves the team have spirit and character. Conspiracy theorists might add that its ever since it was rumoured we had been sold. But I think atm Nige is the best man for the job and could easily fashion a side to get in the play offs with only a small amount of money. And we have a good record in the play offs...…. So much less doom and gloom surrounding the club atm, who knows I and a few others might actually start supporting them again soon.....
