Just had a great night out with my son at the Plasterers 2 pizzas and chips for £18. #bargain
Some excellent craft ales at only £5 a pint. <yikes>

Pleased to hear it Dave. I quite like Wild Bill's £1.19 for 500ml in Aldi

I volunteer at this event each year http://www.porkstock.co.uk/ helping getting the venue ready, serving behind the bar and clearing up on the Sunday and as a ‘thank you’ we had several free beers at the Redwell Brewery Tap (https://www.eveningnews24.co.uk/what-s-on/redwell-brewery-s-new-taproom-bar-in-norwich-1-5667374) , which is under the arches just after the bridge on the way t Trowse/dry ski slope. Their white IPA at 6% is VERY nice.
I’d nipped home to freshen up and have some tea after the match, so didn’t try these pizzas – https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowU...izza-Norwich_Norfolk_East_Anglia_England.html

I like the sound of the Manca. If I manage to get up to Norwich again we'll have to go there you, me and gandy <cheers>

I was out with some friends for a few drinks last night.
4 pints and a vodka and coke left me with change out of £16. #bargain

I've just come back from Berlin and their are not too many bargains to be had there. #bloodyexpensive
Even their airport seemed pricier than EMA or STN, EUR3.30 for a small bottle of water! :emoticon-0183-swear

    Bah!

So the Artichoke has been refurbished and recently opened as the ‘tap house’ of the Golden Triangle brewery. Some great beers available with an extensive range of canned/bottled beers from around the world.
Also, a new Indian Restaurant on Magdalen Street – details to follow at a later date.

Apparently the Stanley has had a makeover and is transformed beyond all recognition, too.

Weird chillies, they just don't look as appealing white. I'd still eat them mind

I'm still dry for January, not sure it's worth it to be honest, I don't feel any better and have missed a couple of socials including last nights match amd other friend visits in the fine city. For me it's all about entering February with little/No credit card debt. Then my bonus can be invested and/Or spent on more than clearing the CC.

    bah!
