Just realised that they never sent me a card with the membership package they sent me. Only realised coz I had to ring up because I only got 1 print out ticket, and when I looked on my orders online, and it said "upload" so had to ring to ask what that means. So got a load of messing around on Saturday when I go in to try and get my tickets.
Have a look at the bottom of the email and there might be a PDF, so you can print out the tickets. If there is, they must be printed on A4. I've got a couple of spare tickets for the Under 23 game V Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.
I'd try phoning them and get them to resend the email, so that you don't have the hassle on Saturday.
