Prepare to get a mouthful, this thread was done not long ago, people hate it when you make duplicates on here,it's all out war now.By the way,i don't mind, just warning ya.
I only just came back on here after a quite long break, so this is new to me Hmmm, well in my time the grey away kit of the Championship relegation season was pretty much representative of the general feeling at the club. Going back over the 80's, however, there are too many horrors to really pick one that John Westwood is most deserving of wearing, therefore he should wear them all.
It's not a big deal but you'll find people get outta their prams over things like that,u shouldn't be sorry either, good question.
Quick deviation from topic, has everyone become a little more grouchy since January (when I wa slast on regularly), and how much have user numbers increased roughly? And 1976 away kit was the best.
the 76 shirt for obvious reasons, however it was made with a new fabric made rom asbestos, fibreglass and barbed wire, I think NASA covered the space shuttle in the stuff- my nipples get sore just thinking of it. I love last years shirts as well
As in threads started? Or reminissing on old times when we clearly have the world's greatest player right now in Adam Lallana, so no need for nostalgia.
The 98/99 (could be wrong with the year but was about then) season with Saints written on the stripes has always been my favourite and the away blue and yellow striped kit will always be special as that was my first football kit. I think I would got for the cream away kit or the white one with white shorts (due to the shorts basically being see-through).
If enough of you want this thread closed then we will close it. Although things are so quiet talking about shirts is maybe better than talking about nowt. Up to you lot just tell us.......
Yes, it's fine. Nobody on this thread is getting shirty... Personally, not that keen on the red sleeves as I associate that kit with the start of our demise but my favourite is probably this year or last years. Perhaps also because of the associations.
