Dont know why I made that typo. Huntingdon is actually closer to Newmarket but Fakenham is her track of choice as a rule.

She’s never ridden for the yard from the stats I can find.

Lucy Wadham is 3 from 13 with bumper horses at Fakenham and only has a better record at Worcester (3 from 7) and Uttoxeter (3 from 11).

In general though the strike rate at Fakenham is amazing at 46 from 186. Which is much higher than at any other racecourse.

She has three tomorrow, it’ll be interesting to see if she increases her winners at the track.

Kevin Stott has hit the deck three times in the last two days, that's incredibly bad luck for a flat jockey!

I can vouch for that Attivo. I’m sure Rudey’s a shop steward so get him on the case if the buggers cut up rough

A truly glorious afternoon in Harlech. Blue sky and stunning coastal views.

yes , the afternoon was grand , and harlech has fine views of the llyn , the eryri range and the bay , real shame about the college closing though , a real loss , i know many whose lives have been transformed thanks to coleg harlech and their residential courses for ordinary people .

Education, education, education! The Theatre closed as well I believe. Then there’s the old hotel which was probably magnificent in it’s day but is properly derelict now. Folk prefer to stay in a yurt these days rather than a tired second rate hotel. I think there’s an abandoned office block overlooking the golf course too. All rather sad for the area, jobs etc. My mate’s place is actually just outside Harlech in Llandagwn, overlooking Shell Island.
