The colour of our strip. I like red and all but we've had it for too long. Pink with yellow polka dots? Now that I could definitely picture!

That would certainly put the other teams off and could give you an advantage.
Although teams wearing red, according to some study are more imposing to other teams, thus making them better, such as your good club in red, or my favourite club, who also wear red, both are pretty good.

I would move Old Trafford a yard to the west. Just to be controversial.
Seriously though, I'd make them refrigerate the beer they sell. Warm lager out of a plastic bottle is NOT what it's all about

There are three things I would change:

    1. I'd get rid of the debt without getting rid of the owners. I think the Glazers understand football better than most other owners, have grown our revenues really well, and they haven't made the mistakes other owners have made (Abramovich forcing Sheva on Mourinho; Liverpool, Newcastle and Pompey getting fooked by their owners; Villa losing O'Neill cos the owner wouldn't back him etc.). I just wish we didn't have all the debt...

    2. I'd remove that sodding railway line to the south of OT that's stopping us expanding the ground to 96,000.

    3. I'd change the climate of Manchester to match that of Barcelona. That way we can stop Ana Vidic whining about the weather, and remove one of the biggest factors putting top players off coming to our club. Of course I'd make sure it's always raining at Wastelands.

clearing the debt would be a nice thing to change, but im not to sure about the kit idea, pink with yellow dots sounds like a MR Blobby pipe dream to me, might lead to Noel Edmonds succeeding Ferguson some time in the future, and that cant be a good thing , right?

I'd clear the debt as fast as possible without using the money in the transfer pot. In an ideal world I'd reduce the ticket prices, but I don't think that's very feasible business wise, the more likely solution would be to freeze them for a few years. And I'd remove that railway line for the reason Swabs said, welcome to not606 btw Swarbs, not seen you here before.

Actually, reading Swarbs post I think we're in total agreement, especially his 3rd point.

I'll add a 4th for good measure though, get rid of the stupidly high income tax that you have to pay over here, less financial loss for the players and the fans and everyone else in the country.
