Sorry in a silly mood, been out with my daughters most of the day, being silly around them is a defence mechanism for my sanity. No the edl weren’t ever a proper political party. I mean any group or individual, don’t worry I’m not going there, can start one up.

Which was my question. It appears they are not a political party so it is irrelevant. My point being, if they were then it would bring his comments into question. It would be like the speaker calling Blair a murderer unacceptable in the house.

 

As far as I’m aware they’re not a registered political party, but he’s not the leader anyway. He left them a while back.
