Caldicott are a big physical side and to be West end at Pryderi park, you have to be prepared for a battle, which they will be, could be a tight game. good one to watch, I will be at my club Garden Village watching them take on Blaenrhondda, who apparently are a team of thugs, should be interesting.

Looks like, apparently the bigger you are the better you are up there, my boy is in goal for Village and stands about 5'10'' at a push so could be in for a battering with balls in the box. still he is strong enough to look after himself. there will be 4 18 year olds in the village first team a side prepared to use their kids.

Was chatting with a couple of West End players this week, they are ditching the kids and going with experience and are confident of winning. going to be a battle.

That's the players saying that mind, Caldicot should win, but up at Pryderi park anything could happen.

Back to the league for West End who need a win , two out of 7 isn't good enough and need something positive to happen soon ,although Garden Village are only a point ahead having played one game more

Village are a far better side than West End and to be fair, Village have had to many cup games and when losing things have been tight, West end have been well beaten in most games. I think relegation will be between, Aberdare, West End, Dinas Powys and Llwydcoed. Looks like I am losing one of my u19/s squad from last season to West End as the boy wants to play first team a little short sighted though IMO. Village are a young squad and 4 of my 19's have made over 8 appearances this year with 3 others making the bench.

Can't argue with the results or score lines, my interest in semi/non professional football has and always will be with Bon y maen colts who are struggling this season (again) ,my link with West End is that they were at their peak in the senior league were the team to beat and we did on occasion with a meeting down the vetch beating them in the Senior cup the season they entered the Welsh league. now my attention is watching West Ends u 15's play as my grandson plays for them .
