You'd think the club officials would be the ones doing the running not the mayor. the mayor clearly really wants the project (not cos he's a blue of course) for the good of the city but Everton are just not stepping up to the plate.
If the regional mayor(Steve Rotherham a red)doesn't sort out the permissions needed for the transport/road side of the equation the build will have to wait, no good having a stadium without the necessary road infrastructure to support it.
no but its a huge development opportunity that the stadium isn't really needed to make happen... really happen. its a bi part yes but if this development i desired they will push though but it could be tranmere in there

I just clicked on that and watched the first minute and the last minute to see what is was going to be about and how they would summarise. Talk about bitter, they can't help themselves. 'The lunatic who went to the wrong dock' (to film the funny twitter video garlic posted a few days ago). It was a really funny video and of course they were at the wrong dock, the public can't get access to Bramley Moore since it was rented or whatever. It being the right dock wasn't the point, it was mocking the lack of progress. But I laughed when he said Clarence Dock because they weren't on Clarence Dock either .... if yer know yer docks .....
