When you support Newcastle they are a welcome relief. I would have a lot more of them.

I'd do away with international footie all together.
It sucks balls and I have zero investment in it.
I would get the same enjoyment from watching England lift the World cup as I would from watching West Brom lift the FA Cup.

    Funny isn't?

I quickly forgot England just reached a world cup semi final. When they did it in 1990 is was a way bigger deal with a team full of way bigger, and better, players you could relate to and admire and care a **** about.

Can't say that about the current England. In fact, I dislike most of them. A lot.

Today was Non League Day Matth, could have gone to your local NL club to get your football fix.

They need the money more than United need you screaming barely understandable abuse at a screen <ok>

Tournaments are the bollocks but this Euro Nations nonsense isn’t really capturing the imagination. I’d rather have all internationals in a block of a month or however long it needs each year rather than a couple of games every six weeks breaking up the club fixtures.

Pretty sure they're looking to change the breaks to have less but longer ones which makes much more sense and also easier to follow/get into.

Too early to judge this Nations league too imo, but it's better than just having constant friendlies and it will be interesting to see how relegation works in regards to tournament qualification/teams abusing it and getting relegated purposely.

I think we need to give it a full campaign and maybe half of the next one to judge it properly, it's already more competitive in terms of the teams playing each other.

Much better for sides like San Marino etc. to be playing each other rather than try and keep the score down every game.

Was happy for Gibraltar getting their first ever competitive win.
