Very open question, but if you were asked if there was one thing at the club right now you could change what would it be??

Right now, the Manager. Bring back Colin if available, or Holloway who is probably still getting paid by us anyway, or no doubt many others who will do a better job than McClaren.

Managers, players and even owners will come and go. We are the constant and we deserve a new stadium.

Interesting question and not easy to answer.

Tempted to say that I'd like every home game to be as electric, loud and raucous as when Chelsea come to LR.

Either that or get rid of FFP so we can spend a bit more than we have been able to.

At the moment, the only thing I wouldn't change would be the clubs name.....

I'd go back to July 2011 and pray TF doesn't buy our club...

I’ll scrap my previous answer and say Stevie Mac needs to go. It’s one thing to look at our squad and of all the possible formations to go with to pick that.

It’s quite something else to watch it for 65 minutes and decide that what the team needs is a bit less of a midfield and another isolated striker. Bloke is an absolute charlatan.

If l was part of the senior management team, I would invite a couple per year, long time QPR fans from around the world, countries like Australia & New Zealand come to mind, to visit the club and the mighty Loftus Road ground at a home game.

Its all about growing the brand and I feel so strongly about this that l would offer several free, all expenses paid week long visits, per year.
In particular, lifetime fans like Aussie, Didley and Kiwi, just to name a few, to visit us here in London.

I know all true QPR fans would welcome this implementation I put it to the board to action this marketing spectacular in the very first instance!

Am I missing something? I thought Aussie and Didley were the same person. Or have you cloned yourself?

60,000 seater stadium, reasonably priced, packed every home game and within easy reach of West London by public transport (not rocket science, the Germans manage to sort this out!).

The manager and team are always in a state of flux but if we had a decent stadium to call home I think everything else would fall into place.

Having written this down I feel very naïve but you did ask the question!

The only stadium I’ve been to in Germany which I haven’t felt ‘yeah, this would do’ is Hertha Berlin’s - the 1936 Olympic Stadium which is a fantastic place to go to, and which really rocks with 80,000 people in it, but with the running track and relatively shallow stands you are a long way from the action. Everywhere else (Frankfurt, Hannover, Wolfsburg, Dresden) have had brilliant atmospheres, outstanding fans, good transport/easy walks from transport and felt like proper football temples.

I have a horrible feeling that I won’t live long enough to see us in a new stadium. And I’m a (relatively) healthy 57 year old. But I agree, a new home could kick start a lot of good stuff.

A legal challenge to the ludicrous FFP rules as these effectively stymie any development plans at the club in perpetuity. They would be easy meat if challenged on the grounds of restraint of trade rather than questioning the severity of the punishments under the contracts that were already signed as TF tried to do.
