They chop they hands off thieves in Turkey. Oor Gambol was closely watched in every shop he went in.
What was the name of that film again, the one when the chap was incarcerated in prison in Turkey? I could look it up but that would be cheating, my long term memory is usually impeccable but I'm struggling with this one. Anyway I seem to recall some other chap getting his tongue bitten off. No real association with the digitally challenged Gambolini but well, whatever.

One has never claimed to be particularly diligent and thorough in one's defence.
Actually, that is one of my favourite films. Dustin Hoffman's finest ever performance in my opinion.
Everything about the film is fantastic, especially Hoffman.
Love the music as well!!
Such an incredibly sad ending.
The don't celebrate Xmas over there (well, a few do) so I'm looking forward to getting away from all the usual ****e. The wife's already got a list of Japanese meals she wants to eat so I'd better start saving!
