We seem to have hit the doldrums with some force, along with some apathy thrown in for good measure, so who do we need back and in what order of priority?

Many of our top players are out for various reasons so who would you pick as our main priority, and who would you replace based on their individual performances of late? Diedhou not up to par for me and needs to sit out a few, after all we did quite well during his stupid absence for spitting. What changes for the better do you see when our physiotherapist gets his breath back?

Could do with Korey back, the midfield look like it needs freshening up , Marlon in particular has looked like he needs a rest lately.

everywhere you see young players being put out etc etc to further their game !
but you also see a good number of under 20's getting intomteams in top 2 divisions or recently going abroad to get first team experience … City tout the academy as having a few "good uns but we farm them out …. maybe we should say OK MARLON NEEDS A REST .. LETS GIVE so and so a run out... be fair they will have so much enthusiasm it could easily come up trumps even if for just 45 mins or so

Who are these top players we’ve got out?
Smith maybe but he wasn’t a regular starter this season.
Kalas but Baker deputising doing very well.

So who are the top players?

Why rest Pack when we have a two week break coming up?

We had a break just a couple of weeks ago!

I don't get this 'he needs a rest' crap. It's an excuse for someone who just isn't playing very well. I think it may be more about lack of competition than tiredness.

When you know there's no-one else who can take your shirt complacency must creep in, even if it isn't a deliberate thing. There's nothing pushing you to lift your game.

Lee needs to find a way to motivate them as they seem a bit flat and can't-be-assed at the moment.

don't quite get your argument here .. you don't get "needs a rest" but how do you cure complacency? maybe resting them or putting on bench [same thing?] although you say no one to take their place! ...there is always someone to take their place even if "not so good" !

I can't say I think we have a multitude of top talent waiting to heal their wounds but nonetheless there must be safety in having more numbers available for selection.
