I gave my point of view on this idiotic ‘look at how edgy I am’ thread, and the attention seeking little twat of an OP, yes.
One off my mates has just been sacked for calling a **** a ****. Fair enough you may say. But as I was working with them that day and saw it as nothing. The so called **** was calling him a fat lazy ****.. All seemed harmless to me, given where I work. Lads giving **** (bit like here, harmless fun) But said ****f complained. So which is worse. Gay boy. Or fat lazy ****?
I have worked with gays and some can be very funny and flirty with straight guys that are uncomfortable. They know that they can do and say what they want and any HR department will **** their pants and take their side. Obviously not all but as you quite rightly mention it's completely hypocritical. Gay rights have now become a weapon for unfair and special treatment rather than a level playing field . They are not the only group to do this of course.
^^^see Dunc talk sense.. So what is worse, gayboy, or fat lazy ****? The little **** is ****ed now anyway. He may as well leave.
Did your mate tell them what happened? I'm surprised that HR didn't get rid of both, if the gay bloke started the abuse. Easiest solution, if not the nicest.
Like I said earlier, I was working with them both that day. Only the 3off us for the first 5hours. It was **** all, I've had formal and informal interviews about the whole thing.. Strange thing is I've known all the gaffers down the years in various jobs. And I know they want **** all to do with it. But
