Rather than watch the England game, I'm just going to stab myself repeatedly in the face over and over again for 90 minutes.

Taking the missus out for her birthday dinner tonight.

Could have chosen Saturday to do it but opted for today because England was playing so most of the restaurants have availabilities at 7pm.

Also, tomorrow is BBQ and Scotland vs the mighty Czechs!

The problem at the world cup was that we had no passion, we won't have any until crapello goes. I forgot about richards

I liked the way Chile played at the World Cup, that will be a proper football feast!

And on the subject of Spain, how come they are only ranked 2 in the world, behind the Dutch?

I will probably watch it with my eldest son, my youngest lad thinks that football is about as interesting as watching paint dry...................tonight I think that he may be correct.

They haven't had as many games as Holland have had, and it's just the way the stupid rating system works.

This is actually a fact. They'd have lost to Brazil and Uruguay without him

I will always support England, no matter who plays or manages the team. National pride & never say die spirit got us through the blitz (according to my nan) and blitz can be no worse than watching some has beens and a few hopefuls stagger round the pitch for 90 mins.
