I don't need to calm down I was just replying. The written word can be deceiving depending how you read it. I was calm when I wrote that and I am calm now.

I'm against pausing because the EU will simply put the issue on the back burner and focus on other matters like the diaspora coming across the Med.

Negotiators on both sides must have their feet held to the fire. And preparations must be made for all eventualities. The most likely cause of a no-deal is Corbyn, who for his own political expediency, has said he will vote down any deal May comes back with.

Anyone see Brett Kavanaugh on the box last night? Call me old fashioned. I expect judges to behave with gravitas. It was like watching a disgruntled Neil Warnock on steroids. I believe her not him.

I notice all the Jezza fans have kept quiet about him meeting Barnier?

He is just doing this for political gain. Shame on him.

Corbyn has offered to support May if she goes for a Customs Union option, which I think will be the final outcome. The most likely cause of a no-deal are the Moggite loonies. This is a Tory fiasco from start to finish, Goldie.

Customs Union is BRINO, Strolls. I'd be amazed if that was the final outcome. At the moment, with everyone pulling in different directions, a no-deal looks the most likely. May doesn't have to hold an election until 2022. I can't see the Tories trying to bring her down before next March. If Parliament can't agree, it must be a managed no deal. Not ideal but doable if the UK and the EU act rationally.

    That's wrong.
Corbyn will vote down anything May puts forward which will be the most likely cause of a no deal. If you actually listen to JRM he wants a decent deal for the UK but won't be pushed around by Brussels. He doesn't believe in Chequers which the EU and Corbyn said they would reject so how is it his fault? Stroller you are an old remoaner that can't accept Brexit and need people to blame. Corbyn is in this for political gain so he can try and get a GE anyone can see that.

Tories called the referendum to save themselves, Tories made it a binary choice, Tories failed to stipulate a significant qualifying majority, Tories lied and cheated during the campaign (both sides), Tories called an unnecessary GE, Tories bribed the DUP, Tories are ****ing up the negotiations and Tories will be responsible if we wind up with no deal. Of course Corbyn wants a GE, the country needs one.

Stroller the referendum was needed, get over it.
Agree the Tories have messed up on certain things (including parts of Brexit) But when you have an opposition ready to ruin things for political gain you need to be concerned.
The last thing the country needs is Jeromy Corbyn. I watched QT and Corbyn was summed up brilliantly. He would ruin us not the Tories.

    Bankrupting the country?!!
So you can see into the future and predict what will happen in few years time?
Good grief, economists get almost every predicton wrong. Unless you're some kind of time traveller I'm not going to accept your doom laden prediction either.

"Bankrupting" is the new 'remoaner' buzzword, they all seem to be using that one this week. It's funny when positive Leave news is mentioned, 'remainer's' say you can't see into the future yet when negitive news is mentioned it's taken as gospel. They don't have long left and are getting desperate. Expect Project scare you s22tless in the coming months.

Even as a Remainer I’ll call that out as self serving Remainer propaganda.

Nearly every single decision we take is instinctive and/or emotional, we unconsciously retro fit rationality around them to justify our choices to ourselves and others. I’d bet that the basic emotion of remain voters (including me) was fear of uncertainty, and that of leave voters anger at the status quo. Fear and anger are very powerful emotions, takes a lot of undisputed evidence to overcome them. And we don’t have any undisputed evidence on either side, just loads of opinions and guesswork.

Of course, some people’s instincts and emotions are better than others in terms of outcomes.......

Thank the heavens Corbyn went out there to meet them. He has said he will back May if the 6 test are met. Are they realistic tests?? Is JRM and the rest of the brextremist loonies going to vote May down?.....of course they are. Of course JC is doing it for political gain, any party leader would, that's sensible tactics if your the opposition. It's not his deal or negotiations that will matter, it's the Tories that are making a right royal **** up of it!! JRM wants a deal that suits himself to line his pockets!

Bob every time you reply to my posts I really have to question your motives. You said
What a stupid thing to say. When you are dealing with the country's future (Brexit deal) you don't play political games. Such a stupid comment fella.
As for your comments re JRM? Explain to us in your own words how he is lining his pockets? Another ridiculous thing to say :emoticon-0148-yes:

Yes Tories are responsible for the whole nightmare, but Labour could probably have stopped the whole Leave process by now if Corbyn had not been leader of the Labour party.

Why is it stupid? What's stupid is the Tories negotiating this deal like they have in the first place. They are pathetic in every sense of the word. Get back to listening to the radio Ellers and sucking up everything you hear!! My motives are the following, you claim everything any remainers says as wrong, like you're some expert on the subject. I'm sure they may be wrong on things but give a little sometimes fella cos you do make yourself look ridiculously silly sometimes. What do you think the Tories are doing then if it isn't political games? Jc is gaining more popularity every day by just watching this unfold!!

bob for all your niceties, you are just a remoaner. What is sad is the comments you say about how people play politics and you seem believe it is okay. The difference between me and a lot of people is, if remain had won I would have accepted the democratic vote like I do in elections. I would have supported whoever if it was for the best of my country and not try and sabotage because I didn't get the result I wanted. It's pathetic that people would want things to go wrong on Brexit.

I'm actually not a remainer as I've stated millions of times! The main people (in my opinion) who are cocking this up are the Tories themselves, not Jeremy bloody Corbyn!!!! I sit on the fence, look at both sides of the debate and I'm yet to hear anything that remotely strikes me as positive about leaving the EU without a good deal. Who will scupper a deal?? The TORY ERG and probably Labour? Is It a good deal? We won't ever get the chance to have a say on it unfortunately.
