Never said he wasnt. Just said that Mane, for Soton and Liverpool, has been better.

    Both legends.
Sheva was past it when he came to us.
Crespo was good for us, when he played.

He got 25 goals in 53 games, which, when you consider that we had a gazillion strikers at that point and half of Crespo's appearances were as a sub or a starter who was eventually subbed, isnt a bad record. He was sharing striker duties with Hasselbaink, Gudjohnson and Mutu.

i always thought people were unfair on crespo. He actually banged in quite a few considering he only ever played half the matches, especially with Jose in charge who preferred the big bruiser in Droggers and Ranieri who didn't fancy him that much.

how the hell did Jon Obi Mikel ever make that list lol.

Probably the most useless african player i know. Loads of players were better than him like Alex Song or big Vic

Also Mane >>> Okocha in the prem and Salahs only had 1 ****ing year. Might as well put in Ighalo who absolutely smashed it for Watford in his debut year.

if you're going to start putting players who were brilliant elsewhere and happened to play then there are players like Samuel Etoo who came late or Aubamayang.

Emmanuel Eboue. Best football player ever in the history of football so should automatically go in at #9 on this list.

No takers on Djemba Djemba then?

    No?

I'm just surprised Matth hasn't been on stating our other famous Eric, Bailly, should be top five.

Just as well they didn't do this for French players given Piskie would have a monumental meltdown when he read "1. Eric Cantona."
