    After a great performance and win last night, we surely have to go into Saturday full of confidence and have a go at Norwich, who are only a point and four places above us. We'll have to watch out for Teemu Pukki, who has already notched up 5 goals this season having joined on a free in the summer.

    From the official;

    Rangers looking to down Canaries

    ANOTHER game live on Sky Sports awaits Steve McClaren and his in-form squad as QPR take on Norwich City tomorrow evening.

    Rangers have well and truly put behind their awful start to the season and are now enjoying a great spell, which has seen the R’s win four of our last five games in all competitions.

    But Rangers will know that they are coming up against a Norwich team that has also been on a positive run. They have been victorious in their last two matches, defeating the much fancied Middlesbrough last week and picking up all three points against Reading at the Madejski Stadium on Wednesday.

    Daniel Farke’s side consists of a mixture of players from different European countries and young home-grown English talent. Crucially they lost key man James Maddison in the summer with Leicester City paying over £20 million for his services.

    Norwich have had to rebuild over the last couple of seasons but the early signs are that the East Anglian side are in for a promising season.

    They will, however, have to perform better than what they did at the end of the last campaign when they came to Loftus Road and were beaten 4-1 in what was a poor display.

    The R’s were up for it that day and if McClaren can get his side playing the way they did in the first half against Millwall on Wednesday, then QPR will be a match for any side in the division.

    The ancient history video this week is from 1967/68 season which curiously doesn't show any of the game but allows the legendary Kenneth Wolstenholm to do his pre game build up for the highlights that were shown on Match of The Day.....

    Me and the lad are there tomorrow before he heads back to Uni on Sunday.
    He knows a player when he sees one which is why he's getting a shirt with Eze on the back.
    Can't lose to these ****ers.....simply can't!!!

    If I was a betting man I’d be having QPR win/BTTS/Eze to score.....

    I wonder if we will return to the 4-4-2 formation with Hemed and Wells upfront, or if we may continue with the 4-2-3-1 which clearly suits Eze as no. 10 behind the striker.

    I suspect it may be 4-4-2, but hope that we may see a combination of both.

    4-4-2 to gain the lead and then 4-2-3-1 to pack the midfield and hit out on the break.

    Either way, I doubt that we will see a winger on the pitch (BOS or Wszolek) as apparently we have to pay a fine if we play one in a league game. Plus, they need more rest for the Blackpool cup match. :)
