The avatar was one of your choosing which is why I ruled it out, and was right to do so.

In the end, Luvvy changed his own rules and permitted me to use one of my own choosing, because he was so pissed off with your continual interfering that he gave up, and ended a broken and beaten man.

The debacle resulted in a rule change so that now all terms, including choice of avatar, must be conducted between the parties, and only between the parties.

There haven't been any rule changes. And Luv didn't allow you to chose your own avatar. He chose one from the contributions that he asked for. The rule has always been that you carry the avatar that is given to you, not one of your own choice.

You signed up and agreed to the bet as it was laid out. I.e The loser has to carry an avatar that Luv decided on. It was stated in the rules that we could not choose our own. You broke that one golden rule and welched the bet.
