Tough game and Tottenham are resilient and usually better as the game goes on. Whereas we fire out the blocks and tire towards the end
our defence looks far more solid than previously though. I also wonder about the physical state of a lot of the Spurs team since a sizeable chunk of their team only came back to training a week before the start of the season. Considering like us they have a squashed schedule it must be a worry for them.
Last time out: Watford v Tottenham Hotspur, September 2: Vorm, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Davies, Trippier, Dembele, Eriksen, Alli, Moura, Kane. Leicester City v Liverpool, September 1: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Van Dijk, Gomez, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Milner, Salah, Mane, Firmino.
'It's not a perfect moment to play Spurs' https://www.skysports.com/watch/video/11497300/klopp-not-a-good-time-to-play-spurs
what klopp means is he is grumpy before about 1pm and he never sets his team up.well in these shifty dead man times.
Always dangerous playing one of the top 6 teams after they lost. Klopp record with us is that after we lose in the league we never lose the next game
It is not going to be easy game for Tottenham or Liverpool. Tottenham needs the win more than Liverpool
When Mourinho first joined Chelsea, he said something about quitting should he ever lose two in a row. It's happened a few times since I believe
He just started calling scorelines fake news and started inventing his own ones instead https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...mourinho-refuses-to-accept-loss-at-hull-video I think he counts the recent loss to Spurs as a Man Utd win too
Our back four that started that game at Wembley about a year ago was..........Gomez,Matip,Lovren,Moreno with Mign in goal. Very different tomorrow
#LFC line up v Spurs: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson, Milner, Wijnaldum, Keita, Mane, Salah, Firmino.
