He had one good season! This is a very good evaluation of his life here. And people think he his a toon legend! What fickle and short-memoried people football fans are.

Barton *should* quieten down about NUFC - i'm sure he isn't making making more friends from NUFC supporters, an he can't be convincing QPR supporters that he moved there because he "loves the club and fans"...

He has a grudge against Ashely, and I can understand why (but I agree with Ashley choice to get rid - argue with me if you want...), but he isn't helping himself, NUFC OR QPR by mouthing off about us

 

If I could rep you I would. This is 100% how I feel. Barton is an absolute cockhead and I'm over the moon he has left

People calling him a legend are clueless. He is just a bad piece of work who couldn't give a **** about QPR, my mate is a QPR fan and he is gutted they have signed him. Said he is going to tear his top up

 

Barton is nowhere near as clever as he thinks he is.

If Santon plays on the left, doesn't that mean that he will match up against Barton next game? I hope Barton's words give Davide that extra little bit of motivation. Barton will be booed if he keeps up his mindless rants and drives whatever support he had away. I for one wish he would just shut up and get on with his new life.

The be-all-and-end-all is that we ARE the club, and no player and no owner and no manager defines who NUFC are. We might have a joke for an owner, we might have had bad players, we might have had the best attack-minded manager of all time (at that moment in time; Keegen gave us the most amazing football I could hope to follow), we might have had the best forward of recent memory in Shearer (watch the document that was posted a little while ago). But at the end of the day, these people are transient. They come and go.

You all know what has been a constant in the past history of NUFC - the people who support the team. We are NUFC. It's cheesy as **** to say it, but it is true. I bet you any amount of money that i will support NUFC longer than Ashley owns it.

Well the tune certainly has changed. As I posted earlier a few of us were slated for criticising Joey after he left due to his pointless comments about us. Where are those ****ing idiots now?

 

I wasn't one of those. I was so relieved when he left, thought would be the end of his tweets about us

As for Bartons Twats, can say all he likes about MA etc. But shows total lack of preoffesionalism to comment on players future whether it be true or not. No Need for him to say **** like that.

Great footballer but horrible person who seems to be a bit to self absorbed.
He slates MA but sharp forgets who was paying his wages or kept him at the club when he was doing time.

Barton wouldn't be where he is now if it wasn't for NUFC, his career could have easily ended in tatters. And the way he is acting now, I wish it had!!!
