A massive thanks to the guys for immense hard work, investment and commitment. I'll raise a glass to the R's going onwards and upwards (actually no, did enough of that last night...)
Congratulations to the new Club management team on pulling out the stops over the last 12 days. Great contribution from everyone: Neil, Tony, Amit and Phil and all the backroom staff. Your work is appreciated by all QPR fans. You have supporters really looking forward to the coming season and seeing the challenges ahead faced with great anticipation. Now on to start building our youth academy system and signing top young prospects train with top development coaches and develop our marketing possibilities! Lots of work ahead still.
Brilliant work done in seriously upgrading the first team on the pitch... but it's the unquestionable quality AND care of our first team off the pitch that fills me with pride. Tony Fernandes, Amit Bhatia, Phil Beard, Neil Warnock and staff. Finally a healthy core worthy of the name Queens Park Rangers FC. Win, draw or lose we go forward united in every department. Now we won't just attract the tourist market as a convenient 'boutique' through which to access the top clubs, we've got the charisma to really capture the imaginations of the uninitiated... Consequently there'll be thousands more blue and white hooped shirts walking the planet, of that I'm certain.
Its been full of ups and downs over the years. But thanks to the new owners, manager and all others involved......Rangers are back!! For that I am forever grateful!
.....and a big thanks to all those involved, from the Spanish capital......now it is our turn to do our bit, we´re gonna crank up the noise levels at LR and travel in hoardes!!! (I will do my bit remotely and in October when I come back). Here´s looking forward to an exciting campaign in the Premiership, however let´s not expect miracles straight off..... like it has been said, it may take a week or three!!! come on you SoopaHoopsaaa!!!!!!
Nice post. Things are definately looking up now! Who would have imagined QPR with Barton and SWP? Newcastle on the 12th, lets hope the new boys can get off to a good start.. come on u r'sssss!!!
Thanks to all at the club - the pain that us supporters have been through over the past few years has now become a distant memory, and we can only dream of what success the club may enjoy in the future. As said before, we have to wait for the team to gel, as success won't be overnight - but anything above 18th come the end of May will surely be regarded as a positive result to build on - and the squad that has now been assembled should be more than capable of that, now it's time for NW to show us waht he can do. COYRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRs
couldnt be happier, cheers Tony, Neil and Amit. we actually now stand a chance! CMON U Rsssssssssssssssssssssssss!
Like evereyone else, just want to thank the club for all they've achieved in such a short space of time. No-one can doubt the sincerity of the owners' wish to compete, and Neil deserves - and has got - the chance to prove the English can manage premier league clubs too. I also agree with those who urge caution, all our new acquisitions are misfits to some extent and it will take time too mould a team - we don't want anyone doing a Leon!
I would like to add my gratitude. It is really exciting to have ambitious leadership who want to succeed and look after the fans. I love our club. Come on you soooppppperrrrrrrrr.....
All that has happened over the past couple of weeks is far beyond my wildest dreams. I won't list all the good things that have happened as you've all done that very eloquently indeed. But I would like to add my heart felt thanks to Tony, Amit & Sir Neil of Warnock plus everyone else connected with the club. I haven't looked forward to a season so much for many a year. When all looked so bleak only a few weeks ago, what a turnaround! We are QPR!
I totally agree with everything said above and now pretty confident that we will finish in a comfortable mid table position. Now Warnock knows that he has to deliver. I see Adel continuing his free role with Derry mopping up behind him but now we have Barton in midfield as well to act as our bulldog to win the ball to pass out to SWP to create things out on the wing for the strikers to put away. Exciting times ahead. A good investment all round. What price Barton to score againts Newecastle on his debut!
The masses are far too happy..... Bring back Bernie & Flav! How is one supposed to write a thought-provoking article, that refutes this happiness out of this sheer unadulterated joy? I need doom and gloom dammit & damn you all! THE HOOPS ARE STAYING UP !!!!
