Roll up, roll up. Get your applications in now if you really want to make a difference. A difference in how your free time is spent for a couple of evenings. https://www.hullcitytigers.com/supporters-committee-applications-open/ We are pleased to announce that the Club is now accepting applications for this season’s Supporters’ Committee. The Club is looking for members to represent the wide range of the supporter base, with two supporters being picked from each stand. The successful applicants will join members of supporter groups/clubs to form the final committee. There will be two meetings per season; with Committee members serving a maximum of 12 months in order to give more supporters the opportunity to give their feedback. In addition to this, we will continue to meet with members of the committee throughout the season on a one-to-one basis. The objectives for the Club’s Supporters’ Committee are: Initial Aims • To establish a forum for supporters to communicate directly with the Club in a structured manner. • To give the Club an opportunity to explain the thinking behind key decisions. • To provide a greater degree of transparency about key issues that affect supporters. Long-Term Aims • To enhance the relationship between the Club and its fanbase. • To ensure supporters feel their views and opinions are acknowledged and valued by Hull City. The date and venue for the meeting will be confirmed once the selection of the Committee has taken place. The first meeting is expected to take place in October. Please note the deadline for all applications to join the Supporters’ Committee is 9am on Friday 21st September. Click here to apply.
No suggestion that the club will take any notice of the views expressed by supporters and actually consider making any changes. Pointless.
I would love to join, but I’m worried that the club employ people that might breach my confidence and repeat what I’ve said on public transport
6. Which Stand do you currently sit? I've been thinking about this. And have come to the realization that the question is total Zen. It's a Buddhist Koan thing aiming at opening the mind during meditation by reflecting on the contradictory nature of the impossibility of simultaneous duality. Either that or it's a completely illiterate, ungrammatical, poorly written, amateurish excuse of a question. One or the other.
