I actually enjoyed that game. I didn’t enjoy Lampard looking at his Daddy everytime something went wrong, he also needs some bigger trousers. I also don’t get Derby’s obsession with him, singing his name etc, is rather him in my midfield than as a manager. I’ll go as far to say they won’t be anywhere near the top two. Just a shame we couldn’t finish because we where easily the best team, but after missing all the chances the game was only going one way. De Wijs needs to be no where near our back line. Burke’s ok I suppose not great. Bar that everyone had a good game I thought. Batty plays beyond his years, and Campbell looked fit and raring to go! Still think we are going down mind.

The Keane that played against us for Preston worked his arse off, never gave our back line a minute - I remember mentioning it on here at the time, comparing him to Chuba who, as he often did, went missing after 15/20 minutes when things weren't going his way.
Sat round the pool this afternoon in Menorca watching sky sports on the tablet and it was saying Hull much the better second half going for the win then bang gutted. Said to the wife going down, now sat around the bar on 5th gin and tonic and were staying up again, At this rate 2 or 3 more and were going back up has champions. Life has a football fan is all about ups and downs and after some great times are we now suffering. However it can all change again let's just hope we survive this season and the Allams go, Now that would be a successful season
First half the passing was awful, just panicking and losing the ball, too many players who just don't seem tough enough. Second half I was pleasantly surprised in the improvement, gutted we didn't at least get a point but so many subs in a short space of time definitely upset the rhythm. IF Turbo can get his act together and get the new ones in and we might not look too bad.
Some idiotic comments on here. Will Keane had an excellent game when he came on. Yep he really did. De Wijs though he was culpable for the penalty was also good. Reece Burke was totally to blame for their winner. Sad but true. It will be Elphick replacing Burke. Thought nige should have brought elphick on to Strengthen and gone three at the back. Nige is slaughtered on here for not changing things. I've no idea why he decided to today. He seemed to go gung Ho when after 80 ish mins we'd have settled for a point? FC's best game for us for 10 years? He showed he was up to playing 90 mins today, why take him off but then decide to go two upfront. Also worrying to realise we don't actually have ONE left sided midfield/attacker, unless we can stop Turbo sulking

Yes, now we don't have the class of ahernandez etc but surely we need to smash into them. How much do they put us under pressure form a throw in. How little do we do that to them. How easy is it for their forward to drop off our defender and lay the ball off. How hard is it for one of ours to do that?
