It's a girl, and she's a Springer x Collie. So I don't think she'll be a big dog. Proper dog though.
Not really a fan of those tiny dogs that have got an inferiority complex.

Both good breeds. Collies can be a bit scatty though. Are you training her?

I’ve had Springers, you’ll need to tie her to your bike handlebars to knacker her out mate.

Yep, just basic sit, stay, come, stop stuff at the moment. She's only 9 weeks old. But I'll get her enrolled in a puppy training class when she's a bit older. My daughter can come along too and it will help her to understand how to train a dog too. <ok>

Yep, I've had a Springer before too. Boundless energy, but very biddable dogs and always looking for the next command. They need to be occupied otherwise they get bored easily. My old Springer used to play, chuck it, get it, put it, chuck it, get it, put it, chuck it, get it, put it..................

Great stuff! Love to see a well trained dog.

People who can't control their dogs piss me off big time!

I also learned yesterday just how much people who don't have bells on their bikes piss me off as well. <laugh>

Never too young to learn <ok>

Yep, so many dogs end up in shelters because they are 'problem' dogs, when in fact the problem is that the owner hasn't trained them.

Also, I don't have a bell on my bike. I generally cycle where people don't go, but if I do see some walkers on the path ahead of me I just shout 'ding ding !' <laugh>

Then you wouldn't have got a mouthful yesterday, shouting ding ding at me <laugh>

Just as well my 2 lads were with me though. I'm in no state to defend myself at the minute <laugh>

The amount of ignorant arsewipes who cycle up quietly behind you on concreted or grassy country paths and expect you to ****ing hear them and get out of their way are growing in numbers.

It's these bastards who Darwin's Law says they are supposed to get removed from the gene pool naturally.

So why aren't they? :emoticon-0121-angry:emoticon-0121-angry:emoticon-0121-angry

Some old dude down here was seriously injured a few weeks ago in a collision with a cyclist. It was on a road and the cyclist was chasing a section on Strava (a fitness app) head down pumping it. The old boy was apparently a bit deaf and had poor sight and just walked out in front of him. Poor ****er got impaled on the bars before they both kit the kerb and went flying. Not pretty.
