If the changes he made were much better than what we had already then I wouldn't be worried!

Truth is that most of them suck!

 

You sometimes have to go backwards to go forwards.

You can't make an omelette without breaking eggs.

Ipswich Town mediocrity bingo.

We were unlucky with the penalty / deflection / seagull on the pitch.
They have some good players here.
We are still one or two players short.
They had 90% possession but we could have equalised / nicked it right at the end with our one shot on target.
I was pleased with some of what I saw tonight.
We’ve got a big test next week.
I was pleased that X got a run out in the youth team after his X years out with injury.
I thought the support tonight was great / disgraceful. It really gave us a lift / made it difficult.

 

Yeah we've had 16 years of words like that!

How about some jam now? That would be a nice change!

I think he needs to be given a good chunk of time, however I cannot pretend at being too thrilled with the following recipe =

* Total lack of goal threat, shocking defensively at set pieces = not a recipe for success.

Such a high turnover of player was really taking risk of the century. We'll see after 11 before I can give a better insight to my thoughts.

 

Better to try and fail than to not try at all.
