Plenty of strikers did move yesterday, who would we have liked given the chance?

Crouch - Not ideal, suppose I would have preferred to nobody though, YES but just
Beckford - Struggled at first at Everton, but he does at least have good movement, YES
    Jerome - NO thanks
Ruiz - Dont actually know much about him, but based on scoring record YES
    Ngog - MAYBE
    Bellamy - Daren't answer
Bendtner - YES better than we have
    Yakubu - YES

    Any others?

Bellamy may have gone 'Full Twat' whilst he was here but having listened to several interviews with him over the last few years; he seems a far more mature person who simply wants to play football and knows he behaved badly in his past.

As a player on the pitch he was immense for us and I'd have loved to have him back for a season or two.

Crouch - No-****e and too old
    Beckford - No-****e
    Jerome - No ****e
Ruiz - Would have been a panic buy IMO
Ngog - Yes,wouldn't have set the world alight but think he will do well with Bolton
Bellamy - Yes,class and would fit in and play straight away
    Bendtner - No ****e
    Yakubu - Fat and ****e

IMO we had a lucky escape when you see what some teams ended up with. w had plenty time to buy a striker and I am as gutted as the next fan that we didn't get one, however, im so glad we never panic bought.

I would have accepted the truth for once that is no striker was coming in and that we remain with one of the weakest attacks in the Premiership.
