Like most pool fans I'm optimistic for a good season. Also like most pool fans, I'm not really expecting to beat City.

It would take City imploding for anyone to topple them. Just like every club in existence we will always have a percentage of fans who are too optimistic.

It was close last season and we made more improvements over the summer so, yes, I would expect us to finish above Spurs.

 

But our young squad has been together one more season under one of the best young managers in the world and will have improved.

I can't see that 'Pool have improved enough.

All joking aside, it's going to be a blinding battle for top 4, this season, I reckon.
